Celebrating Diversity

At CF School we celebrate diversity.

Celebrating diversity in school is not only important for creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, but it is also critical for preparing children to thrive in a diverse and interconnected world. By embracing diversity, our children develop some of the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today’s global society.

We welcome learning diversities however, as our curriculum is challenging, it would be disingenuous to accept a child who would not thrive in our currciulum..

As part of our admissions process, children will be asked to sit an online CAT (Cognitive Abilities Test)

When students leave us at the end of Year 11 they will do so prepared both academically, emotionally and socially for the next steps in education, both locally and overseas. The Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4) is an assessment that is designed to help understand how a child learns and what their academic potential might be. It assesses how students think in areas that are known to make a difference to learning.

Using this test, previous school reports, alongside discussions with parents and other pieces of your child’s learning jigsaw puzzle, we can then assess if CF School would be the best fit for your child.

Our current students are bright, engaged and motivated. Some may have a learning diversity, many do not. We work together to ensure each child thrives, academically and socially, supporting each and every child wherever and whenever needed.

CF School has a diverse student body and welcomes applications from all denominations, cultures, and communities. We are an inclusive school and will accept children with additional learning needs if we believe they could access our curriculum and flourish in our school.
