Nic the Director of CF School, is deeply passionate about education and the life-changing opportunities it creates for children. With a clear vision for nurturing both academic success and personal growth, Nic is dedicated to providing a supportive environment where every child can flourish. At CF School we work hard to ensure our children are happy as we know that when children are healthy and happy they succeed.
Steph Rasmussen
Head-Teacher
Steph leads CF School with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student well-being. In addition to guiding the school’s vision and daily life, Steph also serves as an associate inspector for the Office of Education Standards in the Cayman Islands. This dual role reflects Steph’s deep understanding of high-quality education and best practice, ensuring that CF School continues to provide a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
James Hickey
Deputy Head-Teacher
James is dedicated to ensuring every child at CF School feels happy, supported, and safe. With a passion for student well-being, James oversees our pastoral care and works closely with staff, parents, and pupils to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive both personally and academically. James firmly believes that kindness, resilience, and strong relationships are at the heart of a successful education.
